A friend of mine, let's call him Joe, get into a car catastrophe today. A guy was driving going on for a foot behind him, and Joe slammed on the breaks - purely to scare him. Of course, the guy losing him rear-ended him. The guy jumped out and call the police, but since my friend Joe doesn't have an updated license and might enjoy been driving below the influence of alcohol, he drove off and come home. We're not sure if the guy got his license plate number - we're assuming not, because the police probably would hold come by now. What should Joe do?
Let me clarify a few things: We're not too sure give or take a few Joe's license. As far as I know, Joe renewed his license, but didn't get a contemporary picture or something. And we're also not sure whether it was a DUI, because we can't prove it be and we're not sure if he was above the blood alcohol restraint.
Basically - what is going to happen to Joe if the police stop him, and if they don't, then what? Joe lives within Pennsylvania, just another reality.
Answers: when they catch him they will basically charge him with hit and run they cant prove anything in the region of the alchol so forget that, but they will run his licence and see if it is valid if not next that means he also didn't enjoy insurance because you cant purchase automobil insurance with out a licence, so he will take charged with driving minus a licence, and DWI.
