Hit and run chance?

I drove my friend about 100 miles away from where on earth we live to buy his car from a private owner. I go to a restaurant to use the restroom, and when I come back, my truck is adjectives messed up. I dont know exactly the street I was on since I dont live nearby, So I drove my car home and reprted it to my insurance company. Are the insurance guys gonna ask me exactly where on earth I was because I really dont know. Will my rates stir up?

Answers:    You should've called the police and file a report as soon as you saw the damage. Without a police report, insurance company may not do anything almost it. Depends on your policy and the local laws. Since the restaurant be probably private property the police would be somewhat limited contained by what they could've done about it, but they still would've jam-packed out an incident report. Do you have "no fault" insurance surrounded by the area where on earth you had the incident. If yes nearby is a possibility your insurance may go up, but it's complicated to tell. You'll call for to ask your insurance company. Sometimes they give grace as ably for first time accidents and such. apt luck!
