I was in a hit and run and the satchel has been solved by the cops and the gathering does have insurance. My problem is that the insurance agent assigned to the case for me is taking forever. You can never take ahold of her during the day, just gain her voicemail and she might call you back once a week. I'm sure the other party insurance might be slow too cause they don't want to pay the claim but right immediately all ive done is issued my recorded statement and I hold been unable to accomplish my insurance agent, this is going on two weeks now so I had my own insurance agent work beside the agent thats assigned to the case, they are in like company afterall but yeah my insurance agent is having a hard time getting ahold of her too, the woman taht is hard to get ahold of disappeared a message before 8am saying to call upon her back and of course if you can't achieve through, I think thats pretty shady right there, what would you guys do if you be in my position
