My car was hit by an uninsured motorist while my motor was parked. We tried to have our insurance assist us surrounded by fixing the car. But our insurance claims we did not have full coverage. Please assist me we need help.
It is possible to drive stale lot with no ins. I have see it happen too many times, but usually you telephone call your ins. company ahead of time and tell them when you are taking delivery of your untried ( used ) vehicle, and they will transfer your old ins. to latest one. Some people use fake ins. proof and drivers license to get cars. Did you really drive it off lot beside maybe 3 months coverage only. And forget to renew the policy?
I be an agent for 8 yrs.. sorry to say the dealership will do anything to sell u a saloon..
Did u get the insurance or did they get it for you?
Do you own your policy paperwork showing that u do have full coverage? if so its a slam dunk for u what are the insurance company saying..
Were your prems up to date, no lapse?

Answers: Your insurance policy tell you what your coverages are. I suggest, if the agent says you don't have full coverage, you didn't buy full coverage, or didn't renew full coverage. There is possibility of error, so I suggest you verbs out your paperwork to check what you actually applied for, paid for, and have issued by the insurance company. If you have a current certificate or a policy showing full coverage, you own it, if it shows only liability, then you are not covered.
Good luck.
