Since I do not have a primary vehicle registered in Texas ( I get a speeding ticket), i must fill out a Statement of Assurance form, as required by the Texas Education Agency, and notarize it. How do I do that? Where should I go? and how much does it cost?

Stop by any bank and ask for a Notary, if it's your bank, no charge. If not sometimes a $10 payment.

Answers: Go to a hill...they do it too. Call ahead first. Really cheap...and sorry previous poster, but you won't have to wait surrounded by a long Post Office line :)
