I am 17 years ancient, If I be to return with my california driver's area monopoly, would I be capable of drive alone?

So, I'm 17 years old, want to draw from a california driver's permit but unsure if it is worth it if I can lately wait similar to one more year and basically get my license. So, I be wondering if I would be able to draw from the permit and know how to drive by myself with no fully developed supervision.
