I reported my claim the following Monday, and I find out she hasn't reported the accident to her insurance company. Can she get contained by trouble?
We were at a Mc. Donald's Parking lot and just after getting our food, the woman decide to pull a Reverse and slammed into us. There was no route to move and turn as the Drive thru was a single lane. We reported it to the police, but she never reported it to her insurance company. Can she get contained by trouble for that?
she can not get it for hit and run so the individual thing would be not reporting it to her insurance co.
Yes. Same point happened to us. My insurance repaired my vehicle under my policy and after went after her with the info I give them. She had to go to court and be charged with hit and run and her insurance reimbersed mine for the repairs.

Answers: This happened on private property. I don't know about adjectives states, but in my state the police do not investigate such accidents, but will come if call.. but still will not investigate. So if that is the case.. it could be your word against her word. So if you do not own a witness and she decides you are at fault, afterwards you may have a hard time getting her and her insurance to wages. For not reporting it to her insurance company.. maybe not the best choice for her to make.. but not much can/well be done.

Did you at lowest call and report to her insurance company? If not, get on the phone and attain that done right away. Send them a copy of the police report. Even if she doesnt call, with the police report, the insurance should know how to resolve you claim.
They might though require to speak w/ their insured.
If you have collision on you own policy, I would suggest using your coverage to get your vehicle fixed. You will own to pay your deductible but if your insurance is able to collect the money backbone from the other company, your deductible will be reimbursed to you.
Hope this helps

Nope, she can't. They may drop her, but there's no law saw you have to. There may be terms near the policy stating that if she doesn't cooperate, then she will be dropped. If she didn't report it, then YOU should.Did you at lowest call and report to her insurance company? If not, get on the phone and attain that done right away. Send them a copy of the police report.
