it was a minor happenstance . so the people i hit said that i would newly have to foot them $300 so we had a document stating that i would form monthly payments of a $100 a month for three months so we wouldnt have to involve her insurance company . me and the woman i hit and two police officers that be at the accident signed a doccument .cops be the witnesses. 2 weeks after that i recieve something in the e-mail from her insurance company wanting $700 dollars after i already sent $100 for my first payment which we agreed on. but her insurance company call me just around everyday wanting to know what im going to do . i feel near the signed document we wrote up should be what i owe since she agreed. i dont feel that i obligation to pay the extra her insurance company desires. what do i do?

Hopefully you hold the names of the policemen that signed as witnesses and of late tell her insurance company that you will be faxing over proof of settlement.
Also, I would contact the woman you hit and ask her politely why you are getting these calls when you hold a signed agreement from her with the police as witnesses.

2) Call you city courthouse or look on smudge and find out about small claims court and SERVE HER DISHONEST AZZ. If you still hold the document you have a solid shield to at least acquire your money back so whip a copy of the check. I hope your wrote a check? if don't have register that totally sucks for you.
3) Then call your insurance company. They will lift up your rates but you will not need to recompense a deductible because it falls under liability and usual no deductible applies. The increase is usually 20% for three years. do the math. Also beckon you agent and find out.
4) Pay this insurance company. They lost $700 so you own them this. I know they only told you three hundred but it didn't workout sorry.
