I be rear-ended. What should I do?

I called the phone number the other deputation (an age-21 lady) left me. Her mom get the phone and said she did not have her daughter's number. My insurance company found that the policy I copied down does not cover her. I subsequently noticed that her driver's license expired a year ago (I photoed it using my cell phone.) I hold $1000 deductible and do not want to pay it out of my pocket. I plan to dispatch her a letter but am afraid that she does not live within the address that shows up in her driver's license.

Car Insurance?

Answers:    File an happenstance report, get the police involved.

HAve your insurance company jump after her. Thats BS that her mother does not have her number

After its adjectives done,
DUMP the $1000 deductible because it DOES NOT SAVE you much money, Hey, Keep it if you keep the $1000 within a savings tale, but if you dont have pocket currency like me, I own the ZERO deductible and just reward the extra $20 a month.

Oh, when this happened to me, I have to claim on my "uninsured motorist" coverage, but I didnt ask for the "with property damage" clause, so I didnt win anything for the car. NOW I own it

Probably the only recourse that you enjoy would be go to the police.Did they invesigate the stroke of luck?If so she could be in closely more hot water than of late paying for your repairs.
