I be surrounded by an automobile disaster 5 moths ago and the police influence I'm at guiltiness. The coincidence be not my eccentricity.

Five months ago I was heading westbond on a 25mph street and stoped at a stop sign. While entering the intersection another sports car heading southbond blows the stopsign going 50 mph going southbond and sideswips my car and knock off my bumper. There be a car within front of me who was also hit. The vehicle who was also hit lost control of her vehicle and crashed into an apartment building. An hour after that the police come to write a report. The women lied to the police and her insurance company and said that she was heading southbond. She also lied and said that I run a stop sign and hit her and she lost control of her vehicle. Unfortunatley my insurance company recieved a copy of the police report. The police report says that within was no motor involved that hit me. The report says that I run the stop sign and hit her and I caused her to loose control of her vehicle and hit the apartment building. My insurance company will not exchange blows for me.They just want to pay cheque out the damages.How can I fight this?

Answers: Seems to me that if she be traveling in a different direction she would own hit the building in a different place. Did anyone do an analysis on that?

Get a fitting lawyer. The evidence at the scene (i.e. both your cars, and that of the other party) should prove that she be lying and that she was, surrounded by fact, driving Southbound.
