I don't want him to report his car stolen the first time he get pissed off at me and I don't really own any proof that I paid him so what do I do how do I win the title in my describe?

How feeble do u hold to be...

Your brother must sign the title over since it is surrounded by his name.
No other alternative will apply, the latter must be perform.

Try to get him on a moral day when both of you are have a friendly conversation.
Or
Ask him, what will it take for you to sign over the title; he may be hinting that he desire's more money etc...
Furthermore, state to him the facts and that the sports car is very prominent to me for transportation since i am moving; be polite.

Sorry

Attorneys or Insurance agents HELP!?

If you have any salaried receipts or canceled checks you can take him to small claims court and the arbiter might rule he sign over the title to you.
..Or if you have several witnesses that know you repaired & made the remaining payments, bring them with you to testify it's the truth. Maybe contact the place he bought this car--or where on earth you made the payments (if in person) and ask if they'll turn with you to court or write a statement that you rewarded it off & enjoy them sign it, if they cannot or will not go next to you before a magistrate peacemaker (small claims court).
If it cannot be proven....you may loose the car.
Good Luck

How do you jump almost getting disable...

I agree beside Kazoo. You're in a bum situation. You must own his signature signing it over, no if's, or's, or but's about it. It's his until he signs it over, length. Being civil and nice with your brother to convince him to sign it over is your individual option, bar taking him to court, which I know I would hate to enjoy to do with my brother. But if he leaves you no other choice, oh economically. Golly, good luck.

Will single have insurance on 1 sports...

Unfortunately, you will definitely own to have the titled signed over to you surrounded by order to register the vehicle. You might be capable of claim ownership of the vehicle if you can provide receipt of recompense; this also depends on state laws. The first entity to get is a transcribe or letter from the edge stating that you have self-satisfied the lien.

I strongly suggest you try coaxing your brother into signing the title over to you. There is also the option of taking your brother to small claims court, but again, you would enjoy to have proof that you remunerated for the car.

DMV Pink Slip?

Answers:    You need to travel to him and tell him that you hold to have a Bill of Sale to win it insured. When you have that BOS surrounded by your hand, rob it down to the DMV, tell them you bought the saloon, the person will not provide you the title, show them the notarized BOS and put in for a lost / stolen title.

If your state wont do that, go and get the BOS and then pinch him to court for the title.
