I failed my California permit audition for the most idiotic reason ever, I be supposed to pass but the DMV lady wouldn't listen to me. Sooo...I be told to go back subsequent Tuesday, and I was wondering if I had to progress through the whole picture, application form, etc procedure again.

If I had to guess you'd own to repeat all the steps as most bureacratic systems are set up.
