I'm international and just get to NY state few months ago. Last night i get a ticket for driving without a license (just a permit). Fortunately, the cop be nice and didn't tolled the car. Now, is that going to affect my license store and insurance records even though i don't hold both? I'm having my road trial next week, is this infringement going to hold back my road oral exam?
Also, the car i be driving with be registered under my brother's nickname, does it mean that his archives are going to be affected too?

You must own been stopped for something else, in the past they found out that you didn't have a license?
Usually, when you're driving short a license, they won't let you GET a license for a full year afterwards. You'll own to ask the DMV if there is an exception - especially if you enjoy a foreign license.
