I would like to win an HGV licence but the costs are going to be too restrictive for me. Does anybody know if there is any oblige available or if there are any grant I may be able to apply for to back me on my way?

The best route if nouns is a Little tight is to approach a firm, eg like the local bus firm who will train you and as long as you miss a test and agree to a2 / 3 year min contract after ratification your test they sometimes repay for it, same really for transport firm, its ow only the big firms.
This perchance the best route.. contact a few big companies in your nouns, agree to a min fix contract so they can recover their fees for putting you through the test etc, then you are both winner.. firms like distribution centre.. they always crave drivers as the shifts are not too moral. this is how my dad did it a good few years ago no for his PSV.
