Apply for a new Driver's License at DMV. If you hold an old license (like an expired one), it's a together lot easier to apply for a replacement.

A replacement social security card is tough. Easiest to do this at the SSA department. You'll need proof of ID, close to a driver's license. If they already have proof of citizenship surrounded by the system you're good. Otherwise, you'll own to have a birth tag.

Birth certificate you apply for at the courthouse surrounded by the county where you be born.

NEVER carry your Social Security card unless you know you're going to involve it. It doesn't have a picture on it and that darned number is sleight of hand.
Buy a small fire safe and save photo copies of all substantial ID cards in it.

Your screwed. KIDDING...you can step to basically any DOL place to win your license. They have you on copy everywhere so no worries. I would start out at the Department of Licensing and work on from there. Good luck~
