I never file my fluke report beside insurance company...?

I got into a car luck back in october (no other sports car was hit; only my saloon was damanged). I filed the police report and everything-- but I never submitted it to the insurance company. I have alot of other stuff going on for those few months. Its on my mom's insurance. I assumed that the insurance company would find out when we renewed the policy in january. Well..turns out they don't run checks when renewing policies; like most other insurances.

Is it too slowly to submit the report? Im pretty sure the insurance company isn't going to pay for any of it anyways-- nor would they have pay for in october. But I am just curious because we hold to renew the registration next year with the DMV. If nil was submitted-- will the find out?

(i live in NY)

How hastily does AAA respond to call?

Importing a jap sports car?

do you own collision or liability only? why are you concerned about it immediately? as long as you did not falsify the renewal application, why bring up the accident. it may exact the rates to go up.

Do i want to enjoy auto insurance...

Answers:    An insured is not required by directive, to report any accident to their insurance company. Although most of the time it is the prudent thing to do. I assume that your vehicle be not repaired or your parents paid for the repair out of their pocket. You say nearby were no other vehicles involved. No you don't enjoy to turn the accident in to your insurance company. did you get hold of a ticket? If not, no one will know about the coincidence. I believe NY has a law around reporting all accidents over a indisputable amount of money. But again, if you were the only one involved within the accident, even if you got a ticket, you are the with the sole purpose one who knows, except your parents. Even if the insurance company runs an MVR at renewall time, they may or may not raise the premium.
