I want to know whether or not I can park in the designated handicap parking areas? I own noticed other disabled veteran plates next to the handicap sign on the actual plate, but mine just say disabled veteran. The Texas transportation website just say how to get the plates, it doesn't read aloud what you can do with them them. Thanks contained by advance.
