What do I do if I've have...

Answers:    Turn the claim into your insurance company. Give the boy the nickname, phone number and claim number. Tell him to contact the adjuster about his damages.

If the insurance company denies his claim (for anything save for lack of coverage) - after it is not your problem and you do not owe him out of pocket.

If the kid does not have a drivers license - he is probably not the owner of the coup¨¦. The registered owner of the car is the one the insurance company will salary. Something is not right here - the kids up to something.

The best thing to do is to stay surrounded by contact with the adjuster. Let him/her know what is going on and that they kid is calling you. Most expected your adjuster will tell you equal thing I own.

Do not pay him any change. Talk to your adjuster.

Too nervy during road testing to capture...

Best bet is to talk to your insurance company. If I be making the call, the kid wouldn't win a dime. He would get a citation, and own his car taken, as powerfully.
