If i sign as power of att.for vehicle title'after it be surrendered to guard,is it fraud?

reieved power of attorney form for title adjustment(salvage) from the at fault's insurance co. for whatever cause i had to surrender vehicle backbone to the bank.would it be fraudulent for me to sign and recieve the loss money?i owe zilch on the vehicle but im not the registered owner anymore, even tho i was at time of fluke...just seem a bit sketchy to me

My coupé insurance is up for renewal?...?

Answers:    If you were the owner at the time of the loss - yes. See, the guard *is* going to come after you for the difference between what your car is worth, and the loan on the coup¨¦. So you're going to need that money to earnings them off, and find them off your wager on.

Of course, you need to cooperate to the adjsuter, too. Becuase you don't have that saloon any more, they're not going to be able to take "salvage" for your vehicle. They need to dull their offer by the salvage amount, or it IS fraud if you try to sign over a saloon that you don't currently own.

What are my option ?

IF the vehicle is at the salvage and you were the one that have the vehicle when it was contained by the accident, I would suppose that they owe you money for YOUR LOSS no matter what you prefer to do with the mass afterwards.
Call for verification but I wouldnt hold thought twice about it...YOU be in a wreck, afterwards you give the car away (or sold it) for waaaaaay smaller quantity than you could have gotten if it have not been wrecked. Seems as if you are owed the difference
