If my friend borows my vehicle and crashes, does it effect my insurance or his? what if he dosent hold insurance?

i live in MA and my friend wishes to borrow my car but im not so sure i should.

Answers:    If you provide someone permission to drive your vehicle, your insurance will be the insurance covering the vehicle. If the stroke of luck is his fault, your insurance will wage (apart from your deductible), but your rates will go up, possibly a lot - depending upon your age and previous account.

If the accident is not his slate, the at fault get-together will be responsible (if they have insurance).

There are exceptions to this rule. You may enjoy exclusions on your policy that won't cover certain associates (under age 25, etc.). It pays to double check.
