If you're mortal tailgate and you slam on the brakes and they backside finishing you, who is at bad habit?

even if you did it intentionally, could they prove it? what would be the difference between intentionally stopping and lets say-so you drop something and have to pick it up, are you responsible for those aft you?

What should u do if a kid...

Answers:    You are at fault! The driver aft you could/would get cited for anticlimax to stop in assured clear distance/violation of the elementary speed law. You would be cited for any careless driving, which is driving surrounded by a manner that would imagined cause prejudice to property or personal injury, or reckless driving which is indistinguishable but add willful and wanton which mode you did it on purpose.
The best entity to do is like the above individual advised, to be precise to pull over, if you can't do that, slow down and allow him to exceed. If you speed up, so will the follower. If you have a wreck, its better at slower speeds than at faster speeds.
Slamming on your breaks is a form of vigilantism. That does not a soul any good.

Can i insure and register a turbo...

you are,if you do it calculated ,they will hold you responsible for it,seen that begin before not too long ago,but they will let somebody know you this was no means of access to handle it,they will also update you that you should have pulled over and permit the car run on if possible, honourable luck with it.
