Take it to court..the officers aren't law lords, your innocence is proved in court, not by what a cop thinks.
Answers: I'm not sure what the confusing piece is here. I'm sure there are other factors to be particular that you are leaving out (like immediate circumstances right since you spun out) but lane changing and doing so in adverse reaction that led to your initial loss of control of your vehicle are all aspects that work against you in connection with liability. Irregardless of what people will say, of late because you are hit in the rear doesn't AUTOMATICALLY show that the other person owes for your damages. Such as in your armour, you lost control of your vehicle first and caused a hazardous condition that may have be unavoidable for the other party. Again, there's profoundly of factors involved here. At best (depending on what state you are in here) you may hold some shared liability with the person who hit you within the rear. What I mean by this is they may be found somewhat responsible for the accident and as a result could be called to settle up for part of your damages. But, to do this you will need to folder a claim with the other party's insurance company, but again, this is depending on all the facts of the loss of which you enjoy not entirely provided. In the future, during nasty conditions newly try to stick to one lane as much as possible and drive as slowly as you can get away with. Spin outs are not fun, at least possible not in traffic. ;-)

How do I verbs a motor title...
The nonspecific rule is that you screwed up and lost control of your car and entered someone else's lane, so if someone hits you it's your error for being there. Collision insurance pays for your sports car, liability insurance pays for all the damage you do to other associates and their property. There is no legal requirement to carry collision insurance, just liability. Some finance companies require collision insurance so they are covered if you wreck the car they are financing. The with the sole purpose reason you were struck from bringing up the rear is that is the way your sports car was facing. Because you don't have collision insurance, the defile to your car is yours to pay for and yours alone. If you fall short ur written oral...
