Insurance assistance...they want to pilfer my money?

Hello
I was on an accident (I be testing a car so i be not cover by my insurance or my friends) and the insurance is charging $1250
500 that the insurance had to refund to its customer. (deductible)
550 body shop
200 saloon rental
now i know that the customer had to settle the deductible to the insurance and then the insurance refund him the 500, very soon here is my question
WHY THE HECK I HAVE TO PAY THE DEDUCTIBLE AGAIN?!?!??!!?!?
I been unfolding them to send me copy of the of the receipts from the body shop and car rental, they other told the they already had done that several times, but i still havent got anything. I cogitate they are not sending anything, only letters motto why I haven't pay, and I tell them because I haven't received the receipts.

what can i do?
any tips.

Car insurance ~ I've have 2 ...

Let me label sure I understand here. You drove a car, which be not covered by your insurance, and wrecked it. The cost of the wreck was $1,250 (which sounds very cheap by the way), so the insurance is out that much. They would approaching it back from the person who cause the charges in the first place, (you).

Do you think the insurance is going to get through the $500 refund they gave their customer, and not spawn you responsible for it? And what do you mean "Again"? When did YOU pay it the first time?

Pay them the $1,250 they stipulation, and move on, or keep refuse until you have court costs to go along near it.
ummm.

are your facts right?

Deductibles are not paid to the insurance company. They are paid to the body shop.

You, as the at slate person, are 100% responsible for 100% of the money.

If the other person rewarded his/her deductible and was reimbursed by the insurance company - the insurance company is out $500.

That's $500 dollars you OWE them..in incorporation to all the other damages.

Now.why wouldn't your insurance company cover the car?!

Since you are usually required to hold some kind of insurance (liability minimum or SR22 filing contained by Ohio) - I don't think there is a source they should have NOT provided coverage IF you had the owner's authority and had a policy in force.

It sounds resembling maybe your policy wasn't in force?

Anyway - something sounds not rather right to me.

In ohio do you own to reward...

Answers:    The deductible be paid by the insured, and then the insurance company give him the money back. The body shop was compensated a total of $1050 which is the $500 deductible paid by the owner, and the $550 paid by the insurance! The insurance company repaid the owner (or will) the deductible so they rewarded the total of $1050. They also paid the $200 for the rental car, which brings the total to $1250 that you owe and should pay envelope!

The owner paid $500 and then be repaid $500 so the owner ended up paying nothing. The wreck was your fault, so the owner should not hold to pay anything!

Pay the bill and be thankful to be exact was that low!! Most body repairs are more expensive!
