Ok, my truck was tattered front and rear.
Both headlights have fallen out and be damaged, the mounts be broken. So I was looking at the truck after I get it home and I noticed that one of the headlights be not new. So I wondered how they put the ancient broken one back surrounded by. They did so with JB Weld on two of the broken mounts.
I assume that I am rightfully entitled to a unmarked headlight, I have the inkling that the repiar shop ran over budget and tried to cut costs.
Can I do anything roughly this, surely they cant fix my truck with JB Weld?
Answers: Check the estimate that be written by the insurance company. If the insurance company paid to replace the headlight - after it should have be replaced.
If the estimate shows the light should enjoy been replaced - Take the saloon back to the shop and show the headlight to the body shop executive. If the headlight was replaced, the body shop head should be able to produce an invoice showing the purchase of the unusual headlamp.
Yes, go to your local BBB, discuss with your insurance company, wish advice near a lawyer, also keep hold of receipts of what repairs were done. Take the motor back to the shop, and tolerate them do the repairs over, if they don't tell them you might see them contained by court.
