Insurance query?

I was lately involved in an fluke. We were hit from astern by a grand am and next pushed into the vehicle in frot of us. The police report explicitly states this as economically as the other 4 people and myself. However, the two young(16-20y/o) kids that be in front of us, utter we hit them first. The insurance company of the grand am believes the two babyish people and pretty much over looks the police report and say that they will pay for 65% of saloon and medical damages.

We dont want to take this to court for trepidation of a lawyer putting us rear more than we would be if we just took a loss and settled directly.

Anyone beside some legal experience/ some similiar experience guardianship to offer some guidance?

Answers:    The police report is not always a accurate source of information. Here is the deal... here is really no reason for the celebration in front to pull the wool over your eyes about what crop up, they are not going to be at fault contained by the accident. Also, it's in fact more difficult for their carrier (or them) to collect a percentage from two associates that add up to 100% as dead set against just one human being. About the only grounds I can see them lying is if they learned that the person's insurance at the rear you was not sufficient to address their entire loss. I doubt this is the overnight case.

Your insurance company should be obtaining a statement from adjectives those people surrounded by that front vehicle. The key to this statement is how heaps impacts they feel, as it's doubtfull that they were engrossed to the vehicles aft them prior to the accident. If they feel one impact it most likely money you were pushed into them. if they feel two, it most likely method you hit them first and were consequently pushed into them from the rear collision.

Advise.. you will requirement to let your insurance bar the investigation and settlement.
