Insurance cross-question?

I have two policies with Direct Line as you attain a discount for insuring your second car with them. My husband is down as a name driver on both of them as he also earns no claims bonus in his own right.
In April 2007 he have an accident at work in a work vehicle, neither of our cars be involved. It wasn't his fault and he claimed off the third party's insurance for a rear injury he sustained. The claim has now be settled but I have just received my renewal for one of my cars and I be wondering if I should have reported this to them or not. I don't want to have to settle up anything extra but then again if I need to claim I don't want the verbs of them finding out I didn't tell them and my insurance being blankness.
Do I have to tell them or not?
