Insured motor but driver not on insurance?

I have liability insurance on my coup¨¦ but the person driving my motor was not on the insurance and they rearended someone .... what can begin and will the insurance company pay or am I responsible?

Answers:    Well, it DEPENDS. NO one here know. Ask your agent.

If your policy is written to say, "we solely cover listed drivers", later you aren't going to be covered. You as the owner of the car can be sued. Obviously, you'll own to pay for adjectives the damages to both cars.

If the person is not a household branch, and not a regular user of your car (less than once a month, or smaller quantity than ten times a year) AND your policy is a standard ISO form, then your insurance company WILL recompense.

But none of us know who the person is, or what benign of policy you have. So . . .ask your agent.
