Is within still such a piece as a comission to see that warranty are honored?

I live in Florida and know of a childish kid who purchased a warranty for his car repairs, and immediately the company refuses to honor it. Is in that any protection for this kind of article, or did he just procure ripped off when he bought it? He is surrounded by bad financial shape and really desires help.

If my husband and I live contained...

Answers:    Unable to answer in need seeing the warranty. Most of the after market non purveyor ones are pretty much worthless and the small print takes away what the big print give. It may be whatever is wrong next to his car is not something covered, or no longer covered surrounded by the case of "X miles or Y months, whichever comes first" clause.

Read the warranty, and ask the company for some explanation as to why they won't cover it, and if it seem fishy, you might check with the state attorney generals department.
