my cousins live in South Dakota and within you have to be 14 to acquire your actual drivers liscence~ not 16 i think that maby thats to childish? becuase my cousin is 14 and she just get her licence and shes not very responsible. im startled for her.. is it safe?

Answers: I deem that the state is doing that to let the parent fashion the decision whether the child is responsible satisfactory. Also driving becomes better beside more experience so starting someone earlier within life could be a plus. Regardless basically have a consult with her parents if she does drive unsafe so that they can correct it. I would be a bit worried but everything will be alright I hope. It doesn't matter if you are 14 or 40 accident do happen but hopefully if she make mistakes she will learn from them.
