Just rewarded surcharges past its sell-by date for drivers license. 1 warrant out, will my d/l still be suspended?

I was young and dumb. Drove in need insurance and got stopped about 2 or 3 times. Drivers license get suspsended and I just paid adjectives the surcharges off. I have a warrant out for fiasco to appear and driving with no insurance which I'm intending on paying off subsequent paycheck, but the question is since I paid sour my surcharges will my license be reinstated or will the warrant keep it from being busy?

Answers:    Good question! I am happy to hear that you sanction that your were being "dumb" by driving lacking Financial Responsibility (Insurance) and have since decided to be a man and thieve care of business.

The warrant issued for you arrest is called an Alias Warrant. Alias warrant are issued for individuals who received a citation and a court date but failed to appear when scheduled or spawn arrangements to clear the violation.

Basically the judge required to see you in court to take meticulousness of matters and by you not showing up pissed the judge stale and now he is demanding any peace officer in your state to "bear your body" to his court.

Technically speaking, paying off the surcharges will clear your DL and will therefore reinstate your privileges.
