Licence plate and DL?

I'm an out of state student in CA. I hold a close relative living in CA who is feeling like to buy a car below his name to afford it to me(since I don't have credit or anything, it'll be better to buy it underneath someone who has a well-mannered credit). So in this armour, I'll have a vehicle with a CA license plate, but I'll be driving next to an out of state DL. Sounds complicated but I was simply curious if I can do this. Thanks.

How do I switch license?

Answers:    Since you are a student, you are not required to obtain a Ca license, however, when a vehicle is registered, the registered owner is required to acquire insurance for the car. If you are not the registered owner, your relative will requirement to have insurance surrounded by place with you programmed as a driver for coverage to be in place. So, yes it can be done, but next to care and making sure adjectives bases are covered.

How do I carry sports car registration...

if you are a student it should be fine, but most states require you to tuning your address within 30 days of moving or you can go and get a ticket for fail to conversion address on DL. In my city it is $105 to fail to amendment it. But with students you are with the sole purpose transient people who do not reside contained by the state for school purposes, so no requirement to change your DL.
