License exceptions? HELP HELP HELP PLEASE!!?

Im almost sixteen (on the 28th of november) and im going to get my permitt on thursday the fifteenth. I really want to get my license because i own to go to work and i live 20 minutes away from university so could i get my license precipitate? I heard if i own the school sign it and my parents sign and overhaul a test that i could attain my license early but im not sure, does anyone know what the requirements are to getting your license hasty??

I dont want to call the DMV thats why im asking you guys.

Can you procure your driver's license...?

Answers: How are you getting to work now? How are you getting to institution now? What is shifting that you "need" the licence, or you will no longer be able to seize to work or school?
Have you become the just source of income for you family? That is the adjectives reason for exemption, and customarily applies to persons who lost their driving priviledges due to a DUI.
