I was in a minor motor accident. The lady back into my car making a small dent in the passenger door. Didn't directory a police report, but got her insurance, address, ph #. Her insurance adjuster came out and looked. Now the insurance co say that she won't return their calls. And unless she does, they won't honor the claim b/c my side is all they hear. Which makes sense. The insurance adjuster said my only recourse is to run her to small claims court where the insurance will have no part of a set (she is on her own). UGH !! I don't want to make a claim on my insurance b/c my deductible is higher than the prejudice. Any advice ? Is it worth going to small claims court ?
