Motorcycle luck! Uk simply?

My husband was involved in a motorcycle fluke, when he was knocked past its sell-by date by a disqualified driver, lucky enough he was arrested and awaits court accomplishment. And also lucky that the vehicle was insured (dont ask me how).

Anyways, my husband has third group insurance, but when telling the insurance company (ebike) they did not have no interest and passed it on to Angel Assistance, who be even more a waste of time.

We told Angel assistance and ebike that we had our own solicitor dealing beside personal injuries, as my husband substained a dislocated and fractured wrist and minor cuts and bruises. But they would not deal with the issue of the motorcycle, claiming this sour road, and claiming money back from the motorcycle. But nope was not interested.

So at the moment, we hold not got a clue what is going on.

Has anyone had impossible to tell apart experience?

Whats the best way of dealing with this?

Why within are two pictures of me...

I'm not surprised your insurers won't help - third knees-up insurance is just that, covers damage to the third bash and not your own.

Why not get the solicitor helping you with the personal injury stuff to minister to with chasing up money for the repairs? If the offender in actuality has any, of course . . .

You pays your money and you take your choice, I'm afraid.
If you have a solicitor dealing with the Personal Injury fragment of the claim against the negligent motorist then the solicitor should also do business with the material overexploit section of the claim as well - as you can't sue twice for alike incident. If the problem is with the solicitor then a kind reminder of their duties and a request of how to complain to the Law Society may be worthwhile.

This may take some time unless the other person's insurance company wishes to settle for the damage screened-off area separately i.e. to speed up the settlement - as you can quantify the damage to the bike much easier than the personal injury claim.

Auto insurance?

A vehicle is not insured if it is individual driven by an unlicensed driver.
third party insurance is what it says it is----third knees-up.
you have no claim to representation, if you are not fully comprehensive

How much can i expect to obtain...

Answers:    I would doubt if his vehicle be in fact insured as he be a disqualified driver that would annul his insurance I believe the insurance companies have some sort of uninsured drivers section that deal with claims against uninsured drivers

I know that this might be a bad time to enunciate but for the little difference between third party and fully comp its just not worth taking the risk beside third party as if your husband had be insured fully comp his own insurance would have covered all his costs including any legalized costs for uninsured losses Never mind he will know the next time.

Did you know that there are more than one million uninsured drivers on the UK roads!!
