Multiple backside cessation collision within CA. Who pays for damages?

I was involved surrounded by a multiple rear wrap up collision in CA. I be the middle car of the 3 cars involved within it. I saw the truck in front of me suddenly brake and come to a in the neighbourhood stop. I started to brake as well. As I be getting to stop, I felt a bump from at the rear and I realised I have be hit from behind. Then I hit the truck contained by front of me. I have extensive damages to my sports car , the truck in front of me have little damages. My questions is who would be held liable for the misfortune? The two collisions were basically instances apart and I can't say for sure which one happen first. But I m planning to tell my insurance the backside collision happened first. Can I be held liable for making a wrong statement? I can vote I wasn't sure which one happened first, but I own been told by empire to make singular firm statements to the insurance companies. Any advice on this will be tremendously useful. Thanks!

Car chance and I reason near is...

Let the insurance company worry nearly it that is what you foot your premiums for. On the face of it you are liable for the vandalize to the lorry and the guy who kicked you up the bum is liable for the damage to your reverse end, subject to evidence he may be responsible for adjectives of your damage and the lay waste to to the lorry. On the face of things I conjecture he will be liable for the lot. But I am talking just about UK not USA

Full coverage on $7500 motor?

Your insurance is liable for the trucks rear finish damage only just as the guy behind you is for your backside end break. Unfortunately they will probably stick you for your own front end smash up unless you carry collision coverage.

You get what's known contained by insurance circles as the SS...

Sandwiched and screwed.

Hey im applying for a Uni parking...

Answers:    The human being who hit you, is responsible for 100% of your damages, and 50% of the damages to the vehicle in front of you (you are responsible for the other 50%) of the wreckage to the truck.
