My 10 year antediluvian son's brakes go out on his bike while he be riding it and he run into a sports car?

My son is fine, just rather scraped up. The people who owned the vehicle followed my son home and asked to speak with me. They showed me the lay waste to on their car and asked for my nickname and number and they gave me theirs. I'm not sure where on earth to go from here. I be so panic striken within the moment I didn't think to phone the police and I don't think my sports car insurance will cover the damage beings as it be my kid that hit their car, not my vehicle. Now that the verbs for my son has worn past its sell-by date, I'm worried about what steps to purloin next. Any suggestions?

Anyone know a right "Renters Insurance Company"?

Answers:    Your saloon insurance has nil to do with it. Your home owners or renters insurance will cover it. If at hand is a deductible or you have no insurance you are responsible for the amount. The other f¨ºte can contact their insurance company but if the insurance company believes it was your son's scorn they will come after you for payment.

Do not concede any liability. Let the insurance companies handle it.

My sports car get shabby by tree...

I'd start by going to the police. They may or may not flood out a report. If the vehicle owner does try to file a claim, it will step under his/her uninsured motorist plan.
