9/8/07 this just happen. he was hit by a truck on his motorcycle. multiple fractures,... have to be flown to a trauma unit have had surgery already and will enjoy more. will take al ong time to alleviate and therapy---truck was at responsibility - driver was taken to put inside with a warrant out for his arrest and he be driving someone elses truck no license no insurance of his own.
what do i do? i filed a claim through the motorcycle insurance, how do i find a lawyer/?
i own over 20 witnesses, police reports, pics of the bike, truck, and injuries.
where do i find a virtuous lawyer?
and how do we database disability claims through the state??

Answers: Your individual hope is that the truck owner allowed him to drive the truck. Otherwise you are going to have to step after the guy driving the truck and as you know, he probably doesn't have a dime. An attorney works past its sell-by date contingency and gets section of the settlement (usually 30%) but they are no idiots. They are not going to spend time in court and adjectives the court costs wining a $100,000 judgment out of a guy that will never pay packet more than $50. It's all in the region of "big pockets" and you need to find big pockets.
