My advice would be to file a claim near your own insurance, and have a PDR (physical damage rep) travel out and compare the damage on the veh's. Or since they said its been fixed, review the est from where on earth they got it fixed, and look at the photo's the shop took, because most shops take pictures of the wreck.. Or hire a lawyer, that would be worse case scenario, they humane of screwed themselves by fixing the damage before file a claim, or without contacting your insurance company first.. Cuz that right there could be grounds for your insurance company to deny the claim, because they fixed the blight before it was see..You should do nothing, obviously.
