The other driver drove off but I saw him do it & told the police who confirmed bus company, as a rule own fully comprehensive insurance so but Im concerned that if I make a claim it'll affect my no-claims bonus (6 years protected, but protection lone covers for upto 2 claims in 2 years & its smaller number than 2 years since I made claim) & will I have to reward the excess or will it all be re-claimed from the bus company & not affect my no claims bonus.
