i have a coup¨¦ and the name on the title is not mine..
the guy i bout it from is not within the state anymore and the title is not noterized
can i just preserve it in his cross and update the registration
can i take it to emission?
can i take out different plates for it?
with adjectives the papers still in his first name or does the person on the title hold to do all this?

I have the same issue, previous owner be in California and I have to drive down there to capture his signature.
