5 Months ago I was involved contained by a car accident which wasn’t my defect, even though I had a witness that stated I was not at failing I was still blamed and convicted (I’m a Young drive just to point out) Thanks to this I get 4 points on my licence and a lb200 fine, This morning I got a call from the insurance company wise saying that the other driver (the one that caused the crash) claimed full liability for the crash which means I be off the hook with the insurance company and get my no claims bonus back but where do I stand beside the courts?? can I asked for a rehearing and try to get the points off my licence?
Any counsel would be great

I'm not 100% sure of the legallities on this one, but common sense says the punishment and points should be overturned due to the new evidence...
Get a solicitor on it...not the daft bugger you used ending time.
They will sort it out and you should not have to pay!
Answers: The statement of the other driver is new evidence which should allow your case to be re open.
I think ,though, that you need a more competent solicitor.

It would depend on what the Police stated to the court, you should see a legal representative ASAP, not the Muppet you used before, and request all documents pertaining to the grip from your insurer..I'm not 100% sure of the legallities on this one, but common sense says the punishment and points should be overturned due to the new evidence...
