My sister paid money for a car but get screwed over & doesn't have the tittle to it.
What can she do in trying to obtain the guy to hand over the title or get her money stern?
Are they a way to get around the no title item & get it registered? Or Is she screwed: no money & car title?
I agree next to the 1st answerer. She should call the police and ask them to run the vin #. What if this car is stolen? If that be true, she could turn the police onto these people who sold it to her. i would think she would still be out of luck for getting her money put money on. Ask the police dept, while you have them on the phone how to proceed. I would try to go the small claims route as capably and as soon as possible. Call and ask your local government office how to proceed. These crooks are counting on you taking the loss and doing nil about it. Don't let them win! Good luck~

If she purchase a saloon and was given no title how would she know if the person really owned the vehicle in the first place?
Hope she had be given a bill of sale. She can sue them in small claims court and fastener them by fraud.

When she made the deal, the jamboree selling the car signs the title over to her. I don't think you can register a saloon that is not in your dub. call the DMV and report it to the police.
