Im in california, My friend have his permit and coming fund from soccer practice, his dad drives the car to pick us up, next the friend drives the car wager on. My mom is saying that it is undemocratic, but i doubt it, because of insurance. Can my friend drive me in the backseat while his dad/guardian is subsequent to him?
