the dvla will send you a fine and if you pay it in the time limit stated then that is to say the end of it but if you leave it consequently you will go to court and the amount will be more as you will also get the cost of it going to court, if this is the first time that you hold been stoped or if you have be done before then they could impound it till it is remunerated or crush the car if it is not paid inwardly so many days, my advice is achieve it taxed asap and pay the fine asap when it arrives to you it will be cheaper contained by the long run
no tax your insurance is cancelled you can have the car removed and crushed if you go wrong to pay a fine and tax the coupé

Who should I ring for motor insurance?
What gonna appear to me if I...
They normally of late give you a warning and make clear to you to get road tax within the next 7 days. DVLA will then backdate the rates to the beginning of the month. If it is more serious offence next to road tax (eg driving for months without it) after it will get to court and you can get 3 points in general. If this happens then you may be disqualified because you may enjoy over 12 points on your licence. It is totally up to the discretion of the court what happens. Your best bet is to call DVLA on 08702400009 and speak to a mobile phone adviser. They will be able to point you within the right direction. I hope this helps.hi if the car is registered contained by your name you will get a bill for the months your motor was untaxed, if you want to use the car in a minute you must tax it now if you only just got the car you must inform the toll office and can get the amount reduced to when you owned the saloon you do not get penalty points for road duty offence as its not bad driving You wont get 10 points! if you plead ignorant - I am assuming you are not from this country by the path you have written your sentence , so that may go within your favour.
