how can you tell if points have be assessed to you lisence.
i recieved two tickets with points in dec.
1) not have my headlights on in sorta foggy weather at 10 in the morning!! 3 points
2)failed to drive surrounded by single lane (i have a crappy car near bad power steering and pulled out of a parking lot and went over the string and this huge work truck crushed the left side of my car) 4 points
I was competent to get the 3 points of my doing traffic school, but I still hold 4. when do I know they are there and how much and when will my insurance go up?
Depending on how ripened the car is. You can go to any local BMV and they should recount you. Or they will give you a number so you can find out your self. The more points you have on your license the better your insurance will be.
