I know that I involve to correct my eye sight by wearing contacts, and taking some 'fresh' exercises to carry me in the mood
wearing comfortable shoes and clothes, and taking herbal remedies such as bach remedy if compulsory
what else do I need to do within order to prepare, remeber prepare and no what I hold to do in the actual lesson

I have a sneaking suspicion that the first thing is finding an instructor who you are comfortable beside, usually word of mouth is the best way. Once you hold had a few module and are getting the feel of it, your instructor should insist on you about the proposal test. I would try and acquire this out of the way soon, so you can focus on the practical. Note in the region of the theory, bring in you sure you get software to revise, especially nearly the hazard perception, as it will abet you pass.
