Answers:    You'll have to wallet charges against them - until they actually sign the title over to you, you don't own the saloon.

If they had a loan on the coup¨¦, the car wasn't theirs to flog.

If you have a attorney buddy, you might ask them to write a letter for you, demanding the title. Odds are, though, they don't hold the title, and that's why they aren't sending it to you.

Do you have a bill of mart or anything in writing? If not you may hold a pretty hard time. How long have it been since you compensated them? You should not have surrendered the ultimate payment until they give you the signed title. I suggest calling them and let them know you plan court action. Hopefully, that will acquire them moving to get the title to you. Hopefully, they in actual fact have the title. It may be a bag where they weren't the permitted owners of the car.
