My birthday is on December 15th. Do I have buy my brand new sticker for my license plate by December 1st, or am I ok until my actual birthday. I know this is a pretty dumb question, but I've be wondering about this for 15 years lol. Can I win a ticket if I'm stopped between the 1st and the 15th?

I really preference UCANTCME would get a current keyboard, one where on earth he could turn off the cap lock key. Maybe Santa could bring him one for Christmas.
Then, subsequent it would be nice if maybe he could stop doing a copy and stick of the same answer for 99% of his question.
