I'm buying a car this friday, but it wont pass emission. in order to catch tabs in washington you hold to have the car exceed emissions. but let's say i verbs the title, and tell the liscencing dept. that it's a project car and it doesnt' run. so they will at lowest possible transfer the title. but it might need like mad of money put into it to get a valve errand so it can pass emissions. but i cant of late whip out a couple hundred bucks right after i buy the car. so is near anyway i can get the time i have to catch tabs extended? or like a touch white peice of paper on my back windsheild that have random numbers on it so i don't get pulled over? because in general you have 15 days to register the car after you buy it from what i know. but i will requirement more time to get tabs that two weeks. any sustain please.
