has anyone else experienced difficulties near the rac regarding their cashback proposition around September time, I took a policy out with them and be told I would receive a lb50 cheque within 28 days (mid September), I am still awaiting my cheque and, after numerous phone call, have be now told that the situation will be settled within the subsequent 28 days and to be patient as this proffer was a characteristic of goodwill!
Am I just unlucky or is this a standard scam they are doing to everyone?

Next time I will get an insurance company that qoutes a price near no offers or cashback so I know where on earth I stand from day 1
